Resistance levels: $4.49, $4.41, $4.33
Support levels:$4.20, $4.15, $4.07
Share of Citigroup Inc closed under all moving average which is very bearish.Stock tested 50 ema on Tuesday which is $4.25.Stock is trading in pre-market $4.17.I am watching $4.48 level which is 9 day moving average which will good place to go long side.Down side stock could go $4 area depend on how SPX do nest few days.Long run stock could be see double in next 6-8 months.
