trading sessions breaking several resistance lines. This definitely is a very
bullish sign for this stock. The technical chart shows the momentum indicators
have turned up and the RSI is on the rise. For the short term the stock should
still continue to go up. A close above $4.52 would have positive implications
and could push the stock to the 4.90-5.07 range.Citigroup is a strong buy on pullbacks below $4.00.When Citigroup closes above $4.37,I think it will be good buy again.
